Sebago Lake, Naples, Casco,Sebago, Raymond, Standish & Windham

Sebago Lake is the crown jewel of our lakes region area. Known far and wide for its size, depth and cleanliness, Sebago Lake is the reason many visitors come here in the first place and is often the reason they keep coming back year after year after year.

Sport fishermen love its salmon and lake trout, recreational boaters love its clean, clear waters, and nature lovers love its grandeur. Spend one hour on this lake and experience all of its wonderful features: wide expanses of open water, bird and animal life, towering trees along its shoreline, and inspiring views of Mount Washington and the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

Bordered by the towns of Naples, Casco, Raymond, Windham, Standish, and Sebago, Sebago Lake is roughly 15 miles long and ten miles wide, with a surface area covering over 30,500 acres. Its waters are so clean that it is the drinking water supply for the city of Portland and its environs. The Maine DEP rates its water quality as "excellent", its highest grade.

Sebago Lake is 316 feet deep at its deepest (deeper even than its mighty brother to the north, Moosehead Lake) and has an average depth of 107 feet.

Many marinas serve the large boating population on Sebago Lake. They include Sebago Lake Marina and Long Beach Marina in Sebago, Kettle Cove Marina in Casco, Richardson's Boatyard in Standish, and Panther Run Marina and Port Harbor Marine in Raymond.
