Kamal Perkins

I graduated cum laude from Hope College with a BA in Sociology and Psychology, and promptly took a position as a Tenant Advocate/Property Manager for a company with 100+ rentals in Grand Rapids Michigan. After marrying, we relocated to Milwaukee, where I was employed at a manufacturing company, first in Inside Sales, and the latter years as the Training Coordinator. In 2000, our family moved to Maine to begin our new adventure. We, and our always growing zoo of animals, have lived in Naples since then. I enjoy taking part in everything the Lakes Region has to offer, from kayaking, hiking, and camping, to spending time at the festivals and restaurants. I fell in love with the area the day we moved here and I am no less enthralled today!

After several years homeschooling my children, and working in the local service industry, I came full circle to working in the housing industry. I received my Sales Agent license in the fall of 2011, and my Associate Broker license two years later. I have spent the time since diligently learning everything about the local real estate market. I've acquired a wealth of experience assisting in the selling and buying of properties varying from gorgeous lakeside homes, to expansive acreage, to quaint starter homes and camps, and I am now a top producer.

I work hard for all my clients, from first time home buyer to investor, and enjoy catering to the specific needs of each one.
