I am a lifelong resident of Standish and graduated from local schools. I bought my first home in 1978 and still own it. My many years as a homeowner included a full, gutted to the studs, rehab project. I have worked in most aspects of homebuilding, from mason tending and carpenter’s helper to partnering in the design, construction and sale of a spec house. My degree in Geology from USM allows me to assess a landscape and the movement of water through it. My 28 years in machining and quality assurance have given me a fine appreciation of the importance of correct paperwork. I changed career paths and became a Realtor in January of 2024 because I needed more personal satisfaction in my work life. I decided to turn my lifelong fascination with houses and land into helping people achieve their housing goals as they undergo life’s transitions. Each of the transactions closed since then has shown me the value of this new path for my clients and myself. Currently, my hobbies include gardening, motorcycles, making jewelry and enjoying time with my family.
